Betsy runs a privately owned business, Windquest Group, that she cofounded with her husband in 1989. Her husband, on the other hand, is a retired President of Amway and the Orlando Magic MBA franchise. The DeVos also ensure that their impact is felt through organizations such as Dick and Betsy DeVos Family Foundation where Betsy is the Chairperson.
